RETURNSS & EXCHANGES
Should there be a problem with the item when it is received, you should contact us within 3 days with a description and if possible a picture of the problem (we will not give refunds or exchanges if we receive nofication after 3 days). If there is a dress making fault we will refund payment accordingly or offer an exchange. If the item is refunded the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we will refund only the sale price of the item. If the item is exchanged the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and we should receive the dress within 7 days, in original unworn condition otherwise we cannot exchange. All made to measure dresses, where customer has provided measurements are non-refundable or exchangable, with the exception of dress making faults. Should this be the case please follow the above guidelines.
